We now offer several child birthday party packages:
Party A: (click image below for larger picture)
They make a memory wire necklace and bracelet. We recommend this type of party for children ages 5 and up. Keep in mind every child's attention span is different. Some children can complete this project and some need assistance. The price for this party is $8.00 per child.
Party B: (click image below for larger picture)
They make a tattoo necklace. This is perfect for children ages 9 and up. These necklaces have really been a great addition and very popular for the young ladies. The cost for this party is $12.00 per child.

The guests make a double strand necklace. This is a new project we are offering and we recommend it for children 8 or older. The cost for this party is $10.00 per child.
Party D:
Webkinz - Everyone will choose a Webkinz and then make a collar for their new furry friend. The cost for this party is $12.00 per guest. If there is still time, we have some new and fun games to entertain the guest. (We sell our Webkinz for $12.99 each so we are offering $.99 off for having a party.)
Booking a Birthday Party
All parties require a $30.00 up front fee that covers punch, balloons, paper products, setup, cleanup, and an employee for two hours. After-hours birthday parties require a $50.00 fee. We will not hold your date without the party fee paid in advance. The party fee is non-refundable. Each half-hour, over 2 hours, will be an additional $25. Keep in mind we do not have a freezer for ice cream cakes. We are booking up fast so give us a call at (719) 260-8560. We try to make it as fun and relaxing as possible!
Ladies Night Out / Adult Social
Ready for a stress buster? Looking for a new idea for a ladies night out? We have a great one! A bead party?!!
Our beautiful party room (see picture below) is available at a cost of $30.00 for 2 hours, plus a minimum purchase of $15.00 per person. We will provide coffee, tea or punch (your choice). The cost also includes an instructor to assist you with individual or group projects.
For an after business hours party there is a $90.00 non-refundable party booking fee required. The booking fee provides you 3 hours of private store use and staff members to assist you and your guests. This allows everyone ample time to eat, visit, and design a beautiful and unique project. Project items and supplies vary and are NOT included in the booking fee.

Thank you to the USCA and to all our clients that have been so loyal and supportive over the years. Bead Gallery has been locally owned and operated since August of 2003. We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We have two large tables where clients can relax while working on their beading projects. The coffee and tea are always hot and ready. We maintain an incredibly loyal client base. Some drive in from neighboring states once per month just to shop in person at our store. Come visit us and you'll find out why. Hours of Operation Mon - Sat -- 10:00AM - 6:00PM Sunday's Closed Closed most holidays Note that we follow the Colorado Springs District 20 School weather delay schedule. If District 20 has a delayed start, then the store may open late or may have to close early. We try not to close, but sometimes the Colorado weather wins.
